International (MNN)–Malcolm McGregor, new International Director of SIM, has issued a call to the mission and related churches for 10 days of focused prayer between Ascension and Pentecost which is May 20-30, 2004.
This idea was introduced in 1998 by Jim Plueddemann, the immediate past International Director of SIM.
The first practice of prayer during these 10 days is described in the first chapter of Acts. “I call on people in churches, homes and SIM offices to focus their prayers in a special way to our need for spiritual renewal,” said McGregor. “God is eager to bless us; our part is to come to Him humbly, repentantly, and with faith.”
