(USA)–And finally, Habitat for Humanity is bringing the world to the United States. The Christian-based homebuilding organization is breaking ground on the Global Village and Discovery Center in Americus, Georgia. It will feature a multi-media museum and town dedicated to educating people about the worldwide need for adequate housing. Habitat’s founder and president Millard Fuller hopes this village will show the world that people can make a difference – one life, one family and one house at a time.
