The Florida-based Christian relief and development organization distributed 273-million dollars worth of food and other aid in 16 Caribbean Basin nations. That’s up from 190-million distributed in 2000. Food for the Poor provides emergency relief, education, housing, health care, sustainable development, and other assistance all in the name of Christ.
